Research and Evaluation
Clients can expect the Research and Evaluation services that are offered by the Neighbour@Work Centre® to be conducted along the the following lines: We
-
Listen to the knowledge of key stakeholders, their concerns, interests, and questions before proposing a method of inquiry
-
Facilitate the development of a shared conceptual framework or 'mental model' for identifying problems that blend the 'local' knowledge of key stakeholders and the 'general knowledge' derived from research studies
-
Conduct assessments of employee and organizational health needs and risks in the context of this shared framework; a variety of methods are used which have been identified as appropriate by key stakeholders
-
Assist in the interpretation of research and evaluation results
-
Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives based on these results
- Measure the outcomes of these initiatives using agreed-upon metrics
